If you mean constrain the video to just the first “above the fold” part of the page, that should be possible with some custom CSS. Make a stunt page and post a link to it, and I’ll see what you’d need to do. Be sure to put enough dummy content on the page to force a scroll.

Drag the video onto the page, size the box, turn off controls, turn autoplay and loop on. Voilà. Damn. Freeway is good!
