[Pro] FW image needs updating? (trying to archive)

Hi,
I went to do a save as Archive and I got the message “FW Image needs update.” I clicked the little triangle and all that opened was “FW image needs update extra”
anyone know what I should do or what this means?

Have you checked using Edit>Resources that all images are present and correct?

i just checked… every item under status said 'OK" except one said modified.

one said modified

So edit it until you get Status - OK

And then try your Archive again.

that fixed it but I am not sure the archive worked well.

When finished, all I have is 2 folders and a file:

MEDIA folder (with all graphics, pdfs, etc)

SITE folder which is EMPTY and

Hoffkids.freeway document

The Site folder will not get populated until you publish from the new archive document.

The point is that all the media that you have used in your FW document (no matter where they were imported from on your HD) is now collected into 1 Folder.
