Anyone else seeing this and if so, do they have a fix for it?
It’s happened to me a few times. I make a change to something and it starts happening. It doesn’t show up in Preview mode, but does in Master and Page.

How tall is your workspace?
I’ve experienced something very similar in previous versions where the
workspace height exceeded 19,999px - http://tinyurl.com/kuk2kzc – and

Your vid doesn’t look the exact same issue, but similar – hence the
question about the workspace height.

Very bizarrely, this effect disappeared on it’s own. I have no idea what made it come and go, but mostly I was just working with positioning tools (percentages) on both occasions.
