I would like to find a way to be able to post a file and retrieve ALL information about who views the file, downloads, how many times they’ve logged in etc.
We need to post reports and things with our non profit organization, and want to know who is downloading them, when they review them, and if they go to them more than once – especially if it’s a view only and no downloaded.
Not /who/ in the strictest sense of the word. If you really need that, you will have to have your customers log in, and track them and their downloads in a database.

Well, we need to see who downloads or views a page and when and how many times. Can GA do that?
I have built these for many clients, on a tailored basis. You can also buy these systems off the “shelf”, many can be found on HotScripts.com or other script aggregator sites. Free will mean you need a soldering iron to install it and get it working. Paid will mean you get some help with that, but it may not do exactly what you want. Tailored means you know it does precisely what you need and it fits the rest of your application.

Well, we were going to have them log in. Is this some type of system that’s purchasable or is it a custom made script/software?
