Your page is set to post to http://www.hgrantdesigns.com/freeway/gdform.php - and gdform is not there

i suspect that gdform is actually at www.hgrantdesigns.com/gdform.php so once your page is no longer in the /freeway folder it will probably work

Of course this assumes that the gdform.php has been installed by GD - it may be that you can put a copy of the file in the /freeway folder and it will work.

This extra step is one of many of the reasons I hate godAddy for hosting

Unless GoDaddy have changed the way that they send out email their support department should be able to direct you on how to install the latest version of gdform.php on your server.
Here’s a copy of a gdform.php file I took from a server back in 2012. You can download and try it but I’ve no idea if the code will work on your server account as GD may have changed a few things since then;
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/795566/gdform.php

The code within the gdform PHP file simply wraps up all of the form data collected from the HTML page and queues it to be sent out using another process on the server.
Download the php file above and FTP it into your site alongside the HTML page you placed the form on at;
http://www.hgrantdesigns.com/freeway/
Regards,
Tim.

They actually changed all of their hostings over to c-panel. If you use the PHP Feedback on actionsforge, that one works great!

Whether or not they use cPanel should be irrelevant - what is important is their iteration of PHP and how they have it configured.

This is what they said. They said the php forms especially the one for old style of hosting, would not work… coming from their hosting people. Told me i would need to find one that supported c-panel

All my servers run cPanel and I have no issues.

There has always been issues with GD and forms - search the forum and find loads of threads as to why not to use GD for hosting because of their PHP setup peculiarities.

But if the PHPFB action works for you then stick with it - SendForm doesn’t really do any more than it.
