In general Yes, chances are there.
Basically there is nothing in that scares me much. I haven’t invested much time in it yet, but all the construction seems to be possible, as long as you are aware of nesting items (inflow construction - but even this is unsure if necessary).
The basic styling can be done within Freeway, perhaps.
Here would stop the WYSIWYG-way, cause lot’s of effects seem to be part of a default library.
So in the next step, it’s classifying each item by given class names.
Once proper linked to the “resources”, chances are high that everything works as expected - chances are high - which will mean, I haven’t verified my assertion (and I fail more than often).
