Hi chaps - I have made a 20px x 1000px graduated image in p/shop but it looks like this in F/way …

… should I be worried - it doesn’t look too bad in a browser preview ?

If it looks OK in the browser, then there is no use worrying about it. Freeway’s construction view should be seen as a sometimes-accurate approximation of how the website will look in the browser; as long as the output looks fine, then you’re good to go.

Thanks Caleb, I guessed that was the case but thought that maybe there was a magic button in f/way to make it look good (as I remember making a website a couple of years ago with a graduated b/g and not seeing this phenomena … have a good weekend. Roger

Thanks Caleb, that just made the images (to which I’d applied some transparency) solid again … and the b/g stayed ‘banded’ … now worries, I’ll live with it … Roger

You could do it with CSS - no images are harmed in this process.
