It’s still tricky for me to work out what is wrong, you are in the best
position to know if you uploaded everything to the right places. Because
you are not using Freeway’s built-in file transfer, I think we can rule out
a problem with Freeway.
One possible problem is Location. When your page is loaded by a browser,
the relative location of any graphic the page needs is how the browser
finds the graphic to display. Default FWP setting places graphics in a
Resources folder at the root level of your site structure…
<img url="Resources/graphic.jpg">
So if the browser can’t find the right Resources folder, or can’t find the
graphic name inside that folder, then the question has to be “why is that
graphic not where the browser expects it to be?”. This invokes a range of
reasons, like the file wasn’t uploaded, or the file was uploaded to the
wrong place, or the file was uploaded with the wrong name. Computers are
very fast, but far from smart. You have to watch them like a hawk.
Another possible problem is that your site is too complex - I don’t know if
it is or not, having not looked at your site. I’m just including this as a
possibility. Since you are the one with the most access to your server,
you’re the best to judge whether the url called for by the browser code FWP
has made has the requested file in the location it’s asking for.
Another thought on what could block the browser from getting the image is
if the image location is in a protected location - any script or server
setting which prevents users from dialing that location directly. Not that
I know this is the case, just exhausting ideas.
You are still in the best place to see what’s happening - the page code
will tell you the name and location of the expected graphic file. Then
checking your server at the expected location for that file name is the
best step for ruling out hard-to-detect complex options.

Hi Ernie,
I checked the files on my server and the resources folder shows the date
of my previous successful upload.
So how do I upload this info and how do I prevent this from happening
again?
Thanks,
