[Pro] graphic master setting challenge

Hi ,

I have Freeway Pro.

I had a graphic on my master page that was also on a site page. When I made the changes to the master it changed on the site page- all was good.

I accidentaly deleted the graphic on the site page and I thought I should go to master and copy and then paste into site page then click the 2 check boxes for master settings but they are not there as options.

My question is,

How do i get 1 single graphic from my master to appear again on site page and interact with master as it should?

Reapply Master

But before you do that Cut to the pasteboard all content from the child page that does not appear on the Master. Paste it back in once you have reapplied.

Otherwise when you reapply master you may well get duplicated content and it can be difficult to spot as it will be directly on top of what was there.

SO dave to get 1 single graphic to re-align with master,

  1. I go to the child page(the one with broken graphic connection) and cut the things NOT on master and paste on pasteboard of the child page?

  2. Then how do I re-apply master?

all this work/help and advise - i know you are thinking it should be wonderful. it is a lot of work to learn the program at the same time i am redesigning a 9 year site.

WHen you click ABOUT or CONTACT, the about area or contact info appears below (I noticed not a new html) and more importantly it PUSHES EVERYTHING DOWN.

I like this becuase it utilizes shortage of space but pushes all down.

Dave,

you are so creative. I have to look closer at your space saver.

Here is my creative goal…

  1. Imagine a whiteboard at startup at the top of theboard says “announcements”. The board actually comes on the screen after delay (becuase of soemthing else we already made) Not sure if I can delay a carousel)

  2. The whiteboad is really a carousel!!!

  3. When they click an icon the annoucenemnts screen of carousel dissapears and another screen appears (i.e. contact or about)

Whatcha think???
