Heather, I would be interested to know how you know that Have Host
know about the problem?
A couple of other Freewayers I know are friends of mine on Facebook,
both coincidentally use Have Host as providers, and both reported
email being down. One had raised the issue with James via his gmail
I’m not sure when it’s going to be resolved. It may have to wait until
I get back into the office tomorrow.
Hello! We are now working on the email issue… I do not know what happened - but I’ll get this resolved ASAP and determine what exactly it was to put into place a protocol to potentially deal with this if it occurs again. More info to come.

Given that most of you have a mac, an iPhone and a book - all synching
to the same account on the server - almost all at the same time - this
can cause the server to get down right pissy and might account for the
bog down… Not positive but I am investigating further and will send
an email with explanation through the Support area of Have Host.
