[Pro] Help! Can't get rid of blank spaces

Hi,
I have this newsletter that I’m supposed to get out tomorrow - and I can’t get rid of the blank space at bottom of newsletter. Can anyone offer any help? Thanks!

It seems item34 is the problem. Use your browser’s Web Inspector to remove this item and you’ll see the change.

Also, it looks like you might have several other unnecessary divs.

Thanks for the apostrophe thing -knew that! But I’m not finding item 34. Have clicked on all. The html is labeled as items, but the graphic items are labeled with names. Any advice on finding it? Appreciate the help!
