I would like to create HTML Emails using Freeway pro.
Is it possible to create an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the html email?
Is it possible to know who has opened my email as I will be sending it out to large numbers of people?
I am aware of constant contact, etc and I have trialled these. I am wondering if I can do it for free using softpress and mac mail?

There isn’t really a free service that I know of that can do everything you want to do. If you think about it, what would people be unsubscribing from if there isn’t a list manager or something to remove them from?
I’ve used this in the past:
and I know Max Fancourt uses this service (at least from what I gather). Might be an alternative.

Have a look at MailChimp. Free for a ridiculous (large) number of
mails sent each month, and they handle all of the sign up/unsub stuff
necessary to keep you legal. They have drop-in scripts to place on
your page that generate the form and handle it, all you need to do is
place that in a Markup Item and position that where you want the form
to appear.
