[Pro] Help - Transition FX & Video Conflict

Hi, I am having a problem with IE 6/7 here:

The overlay image of the children is set to fade away after 2.5 sec and the video is set to fade in at around 3. In IE, the initial fade never completes, the video starts, thus the additional nav controls are never seen. For the interim, I have created a redirect for IE users with this top layer removed here:

How can I keep my initial top image and have it fade away to work in IE?

You are a mad man. I’ve never seen anybody do as much with the Javascript Actions in FreeWay!
