So I’m using the Hide/Show Image action and it works in Preview/Safari AND Preview/Firefox. I uploaded EVERYTHING to my server (the resources, the html etc). All files are in their appropriate places and it won’t work like it does in preview. The image I want to appear when I roll over an item does not appear. Again, it works perfectly in preview mode in Freeway. I tried clearing the browser cache, uploaded all the resources, the _siteinfo file the index file the pngbehavior file…EVERYTHING! Why is this happening?
Are you using Freeway to manage the upload, or another FTP application?

Does that have a “synch” command, where you line up the Site Folder on the left and your htdocs or whatever it’s called on your server on the right and make sure they match? My guess is there’s something basic missing here, or an image is named something different on the remote server. Remember also, a Mac is case-insensitive (but case-preserving) while Unix/Linux is 99.99999% guaranteed to be case-sensitive.

I am actually dragging it directly from my desktop level to the appropriate folder on the server. It all matches, even with the cases. It’s bizarre. Why would it work in preview but not on the server?
Maybe the server is cacheing an older version of one of your HTML files. That’s certainly possible. Try modifying the URL to the page you are testing, and add ?qwsdfsaf or similar nonsense to the end of the URL and press return. That will (most times) break the cache and give you a new whack at the page.

A caption under the photo is to appear. The background image may be large but it still should show a simple text graphic upon rolling over the quote mark. It was totally working a few days ago. I did a few changes, started uploading to the site, then all hide/show image actions stopped working. Again…why is it fine in preview and it doesn’t work on the server? It is entirely baffling to me.
It looks like your caption etc is there but is behind the main image androstown.png - make the container that holds the main image a layered item and send it to the back.
