2 totally different constructions her.
The first is a Parallax construction with one of the sections a video while the other is just a single page scrolling site with 1 video section.
The first is more difficult than the second but Richard VH has an example at Information for existing FreewayTalk / Groups.io users - Site Feedback - Softpress Talk
Both doable in FW
