Try as I might, I don’t seem to find how to link a video file, .mov, to an image.
I have a picture of a person, i want the link to start the .mov and that is it. When I try with Hyperlink, it works locally, but not if I move the folder. And I have the .mov in the resource file. Help is appreciated.

Firstly - if you have placed the .mov file in your Resources folder then because FW didn’t put it there it will be ignored and not uploaded.
You would probably be better to use an action which will also handle the upload of the file as well as its display.
A good one for this would be Walters ScriptyLightbox2 - available from ActionsForge.com

BTW - watch your movie file size, remember that some folks connection speed and/or download limitations may hamper them.
