I piggy backed a page to a site but now I can’t seem to see it on the server with freeway to delete it. I deleted it from the fw document.

You will need another application to do that. Freeway has smart S/FTP upload, but it will only delete files that it created, on order to keep the server in sync with the copy of the site on your Mac. If there are same-name files on the server, Freeway will cheerfully overwrite them, but Freeway never deletes anything it did not create itself.

Fetch, Cyberduck, Transmit, Forklift. Any of those apps will work for you to see what files are on the server.
