This is an area that can be a potential security disaster if not handled correctly and people can upload malicious files to the server.
Have a look on one of the PHP Script repository sites for a pre made solution that you can incorporate into FW.
http://www.hotscripts.com is a good place to start.
Once you have something that you like - security in mind- then come back and we will try and help with integration if you need it.

I have a account with mal’s ecommerce and I can not get the cart to work
with downloads. I can get the buy me link to work, but not through the set
up freeway has for Mal’s. And even when the buy me link works, You can
purchase an Item but not as a download, like I want it to do. I purchased
the code from Linklok and I know you have to change the specifics in the
code. I can not figure out where to put the code. I know you need to apply
it on a homepage, but I do not know how to apply the code to the page.
