# \[Pro\] How to center my content?

Hey, I’m completely new to this program, and I need a little help.  
What I want is a black browser background, and content in the center. But I want that content to always stay centered, no matter how big the window is.  
Here’s what I have now.

I want that table thing in the center at all times. How do I do that?

Amanda, Welcome to Freeway.  
To centre a page, click on the pasteboard (area surrounding the FW page in page view). In the inspector, set the “Align” to “Center”. That should do it.

Is it possible to use a flash photo gallery in this program, something more sophisticated than the “fade-in, fade-out” slideshow feature that I’ve seen in the tutorials?

Yes - there is a thread here from Snapper that goes into some length about integrating a slideshow created in SlideShowPro.

But is relatively easy using any Flash generated slideshow - do you have an application in mind?

Not a flash slideshow, but a flash gallery. Something like this.

That Flash Gallery is very similar to that produced by SSP

Then you have to decide what tool to use to create it before we can tell you the best way to integrate it into FW.

THis email is from a fellow Freeway web designer.

Ok, you have to check this out!

It’s about a **brand-new tool that can be added to your website so potential**

**customers can send a private text message directly to your cell phone.** Then you can reply with your cell phone and they’ll get it while they’re still on

your website!

show that when a person is on a website, they are more apt to contact you by

email than phone. This means if you are away from the office, you can

receive a text message from them directly from their computer!

You can also add it to your profile page on your social network site, if

you have one (Facebook, Bebo and My Space).

It’s called Chat To Text.

Can I jump in with a question close to this one about text message from websites? (SEE BELOW)

I am developing a website for a company that wants to feature and demo new apps for the Iphone. They were wondering if we can set up a action to txt people when a new app in the area of choice is available.

I did not mean to but in - but very similar to what we were wondering.

I don’t think so, I think the cross-post was just a little  
mis-judged. Heaven knows I’m guilty of that myself at times!

The only serious fault, as I see it, lies in the way the product is  
presented on its own web pages. _That_ makes it seem far more of a  
scam than it really is, with the particular form of hard-sell tactics  
that are used.

The service is something that _will_ be of use to some web site  
owners, which means it will be of interest to some Freeway users. We  
just have to be very careful in how we present things both to our  
fellow Freeway users and also, especially, to our clients, if we  
decide it could be of interest.
