Ok this may be a stupid question but bear with me I am new at this. How do you assign an image to appear next to the site name in the browser tabs. Freeway for exapmle has their logo then Softpress: Freeway, etc… please help me out and let me know how this can be done.
It’s called a Favicon, which is a Windows ICO file, and there are
Photoshop export modules you can install that will allow you to make
one. I have heard that you can also use a GIF instead of an ICO file,
but I’ve never done that. Tim Plumb (as per usual) has an Action which
will allow you to apply one to your entire site in one whack. Have a
look at http://freewayactions.com
