# \[Pro\] Importing text

In FW 5 Pro noticed it will not import text. Any help. would be appreciated.

Can you step through the process you are using? Are you drawing an HTML box, double-clicking inside it to see a flashing text (I-beam) cursor, then choosing File / Import and navigating to a text file? Is the text file actually a text file, or is it something like a Word document or Pages document?

Hello Walt. All is fine now. CSS on, opened a HTML box double clicked inside went to IMPORT TEXT to my desktop and imported text/rtf okay.
