[Pro] Inline background header footer flexible

I have a page that I want the inline background color for my Header and Footer to be flexible so as to appear the full width of the browser window. So I made the page width Flexible.
But, I want to have layered items on the page that I want to stay centered. Although I did select Center Align, the items don’t center because of the flexible width.

Is there a way to this?

Yes. Draw a layered item where you want your centered item to appear, but make its width 100%. Then double-click inside that item, and use Insert / HTML Item to create in inline child DIV inside the 100% width box, and set that inline element to align center. You can make this item the same dimensions and style as your existing layered item (you can even just cut and paste that item into the 100% box if you like).
