On the frontage of this website (http://www.capteinbouw.nl) most things are inline with no defined height, so I expect things no expand when they get too big.
Unfortunately today I’ve added three images on the frontpage in an inline html item without defined height, but when you look left under the three images, things are not expanding causing an ugly jump.
Can someone please take a look and help me in the right direction?
(and yes, the portfolio page will be fixed as soon as I hear from the owner)
Try inserting another html item under the two columns - full width, float none, clear both. Depth at your discretion according to the amount of margin you might have under the two columns.
To be honest I don’t really know apart from the obvious but the above solution worked for me in a similar situation.
The plan I had was a div with another ‘html item’ inside set to float right to act as a column, it might have been better if I had two within a main div one left and one right, I’ll try that next time.
