I want to be able to view the inserted in my carousel on an iPhone or iPad
I created the quicktime reference files and selected them on the quicktime reference action but I cannot view them.
I also have quicktime extras action on the movie to fit the width of the carousel. Are these actions conflicting?
I tried uploading the generated iPhone.m4v file on an untitled page but that wouldn’t play either.
I have watched the tutorials and read through most of the threads and still haven`t found a solution to my problem.
Make sure your movies are encoded in H.264/AAC compression format, and that the data rate is at or below 1600Kbps. That seems to be a sweet spot here.
