I have created a number of text boxes on this page under each carousel and show/hide layer boxes

The page look fine in Chrome, Firefox, and safari, but of course IE makes the text bigger and they conflict with the add to cart buttons.
Should I apply RPL where needed to fix this?
Or is there something else I can do to ensure that this does not happen in IE?
