It looks like Google are still transitioning things so the Action isn’t yet out of date. If you want to use the bleeding edge code then you can upgrade your Analytics account and add the code to your pages manually.
In the meantime, we’ll look into updating the Action and aim to have a new version available as soon as possible.
You need to transfer your existing property (the thing that your unique tracking code is tied to) on the Analytics site.
Once this is complete (it can take up to 48 hours), replace the old tracking code with the new tracking code. To do this, remove the Action from your pages and paste the new Universal tracking code Google provide in the HTML Markup dialog, making sure you select the “Before ” option from the pulldown menu.
Unfortunately, I am—but only because it was too easy to use the action. I know I need to become less dependent on actions and I’ll get there, eventually.
