[Pro] Is There A Way To ONLY Upload Updated Files?

Every time I upload Freeway Pro seems to upload the entire site again. Being as I have about 2.4 GB of media that’s an all day upload when, practically speaking, I only wanted one web page and a graphic uploaded.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hmm, that has not been my experience. When I make a change to one page and then upload, Freeway’s progress bar says “comparing files” and only uploads the changed page. I wonder if there is something in preferences, or in the upload dialog box?

Not that I can see. And I can’t see any mention of it in the manual. So frustrating.

If FW is uploading the whole site for whatever reason (others might have that reason) then you could always use an ftp program. command+p to publish the page you have been working on and then switch to your ftp program of choice (ready and waiting), check your looking at ‘last modified’ select and upload accordingly.

Things that can cause this are certain actions (especially if they are not the latest version ie earlier SLB could do this)

Make sure you have the latest versions.

There are other actions that require a crawl through sections of your site/document to check references that can cause this.
