Can you LINK a Graphic Box to another Graphic Box ANCHOR on the same page? To go from one graphic to another.

Yes. I just tried it and it does work.

Click once on the image you want to be able to link to. Edit / Anchor, name the anchor, Okay. Click once on the image you want to be the link TO that anchor. Click the globe icon, choose On this page from the popup menu, choose the anchor you just created from the submenu below that option. Preview in a browser. Click on the first image, you are whisked to the second.

NB: the two images must be stand-alone layer-based images, they must not be touching a third image (which might combine with the other two to create a single merged graphic, rendering your link illogical), they must not have rounded corners or other effects applied to them.

This absolutely works with layered, rectangular graphics. Your mileage may vary. If you post a link to what you have tried, we can see the source code and offer more precise directions.

And if you are making graphic images which contain textual information, you are missing the entire point of the Web. I cannot overstate this point.
