How do make a folder and pictures to it and add to a link to be viewed?

If you are trying to make some sort of Gallery set up then there is the Showcase action which will do this very nicely.

I download the showcase. After I add the pictures. How do I add them to to the different Gallery names for example. Home Gallery, Contact, About?
