[Pro] Location of HTML email

I have an HTML email that seems to function fine except for forwarding. For now that does not bother me. My question is where do I put it on the site for access. At the moment I have it linked to a blank graphic in the upper left hand corner of the home page. Is there a better way to have it on the site for the staff who want to use it. This site is not open to the public yet, still working out the kinks and adding info.

I forgot to mention that I access the email form on Safari and use “mail contents of this page” from the file header.
Thanks

I wouldn’t have any links from within the site if all you want to do is mail contents.

Staff can bookmark the page if they need to revisit it.

Dave,

This is new to me. Where do I place the HTML email so it can be accessed? Is it saved an put into the mail program?
Thanks

You do need to upload it to your site - you just dont need to link to it.

It’s on the site now. How do I use it? How do I put it into an email. Bear with me as I’ve never done this before.
Thanks
Mark
