[Pro] Making target images responsive

I’ve successfully created rollovers on my new site following the instructions in the tutorials. The thumbnails are working exactly as I’d like - changing in size in response to the size of the user’s screen.

Unfortunately, as soon as I switch from CSS layout to table layout for the target images, I lose the ability to make them responsive.

It’s possible that I’m doing something wrong. Any words of advice on how to make the TARGET images responsive too?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Cheers,

Sue

Probably because table layouts aren’t built to be responsive.

Generally, responsive favors flexible (CSS, relative) layouts.

Thanks for the reply, Ernie.

Unfortunately, the tutorial specifically indicates that I’m to use table layout for setting up the rollover target images, so I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Any advice on how to get around the issue and make them responsive?

I don’t, but if you could share which tutorial you’re following… a link so
I could look at the same source… then I could give it a second glance.

Hopefully someone else out there trying to do the same thing as you has
more insight. I kind of do these things my own way.

Why are you switching? Use Target Show/Hide Layers and set your images as a background to the Target Layer items
