All of my pages use the same master page.
However , when I update the master page with a new picture it only changes on some of the site pages…
Can anyone explain this…??..

Have you touched any of the other pages? I find Freeway very touchy about that.
Plus, I’m forever accidentally working on my site pages rather than the master pages because you have to click on a site page to preview it.

This us caused by a child page having had some change made to the item on the page that is based on the same item in the master.
With the item selected on the child page there are 2 check boxes in the inspector
Use Master Content and Use Master Settings
If these are checked on the child page then they will automatically update with changes made on the master.
You may not want them both checked on the child page eg because an HTML box that is correctly positioned on the Master may have different text content. In that case ‘settings’ would be checked while ‘content’ would not.

Common problem. I’ve adopted the habit of locking objects on master pages. When on a child page the objects handles are red color when clicked on which gives me a visual red flag that I’m messing with a master page element. Works for me. A nice feature request to Softpress would be some kind of visual warning incorporated into Freeway for just this very thing.
