Freeway, all by itself, cannot do this at all. There are a set of Actions for PHP/MySQL which could be used to build such an interface. But they can only help automate the repetitive bits of wiring up the connection to the database and formatting the results of queries. They do require that you know PHP and SQL and how to issue a request to a database and get results from it.
Do you have an existing membership database and you need to peek into it and edit the contents? If so, you may be able to get along with phpMyAdmin, which is a free open-source Web interface for MySQL, written in PHP. It’s installed by default on many hosting providers.
If you need to create a new membership application, then you should first look through the systems available at HotScripts.com and other script-sharing sites. Many of these are free, and quite a few are paid. If you go for paid, you will probably get support with installation and configuration from the author or another expert, and that’s what you’re paying for. Before you go hunting, ask your hosting provider what server-side languages they support, and if there are any quirks to their installation. (Some hosts use a severe privilege restriction system to keep Bad Things from happening to your site or others shared on the same server, and this can keep “normal” scripts from running correctly.) Once you know what languages they support, you can restrict your search to just those languages on HotScripts.
