[Pro] Missing

Whenever a form is sent back to the clients adress, the subject is empty. The client has the latest windows email client :frowning: . On my Mac it is okay. Thats clear.

Good morning David. The client always told me that the subject is missing. WRONG. This morning I found out that the SENDER is missing.

Sender missing is likely due to mis-naming the email field. It must be named just like that – email without hyphen and lower-case.

The Send Form action gives you the option to choose (with a picker) which field to use so strict naming is not necessary.

So are you using Send Form?

I think it has nothing to do with FW. It seems that this is a question of the settings of outlook.
