Are you using the responsive layout tools to make this page? It’s possible that there is a layering issue at certain screen dimensions, and the sidebar is floating over the top of the main area. If you make your layout “inline”, with each element able to push the others out of the way, you can cause the sidebar to slip below the main content on narrower viewports, and thus all the links will be clickable.
Duplicate the page in Freeway, and then drag the sidebar and main content elements off to the pasteboard so you can draw a single HTML box covering the area they occupied. Then select the sidebar by clicking once on it so the corner handles light up, and Cut to the clipboard. Double-click into the large HTML box, so you see a text cursor, and paste. Click once on the now inline sidebar, and set its Float to right.
Do the same with the main content box, only set it to float left.
Finally click away and then back on the large HTML box, and set its height to Flexible and its width to Available. Now you can experiment with different viewport dimensions, and you should see the boxes behave more reasonably. You may need to use the different breakpoints in Freeway to set different widths or floats at smaller viewports, but because the two elements are peers, rather than floating on separate and isolated layers, you won’t have the problem of one layer obscuring another, and you won’t have to squeeze everything down to fit.
