[Pro] Moodalbox oddities: no GIF text no pics

Hello to all,

I stand in front of a weird situation: the “Spawn new Moodalbox” doesn’t show the page as designed, no pictures, not even Gif text…:frowning:
The alt text is shown instead.

I have tried to remove the background, of reposition the items without success.

Here is a link:
http://www.ysuzac.com/Eaux-de-parfum/monodie.html
just click on “olfactory notes”

Besides, the php feedback form is a no-no in a moodalbox too, I am afraid…

Has anyone had a similar situation?

Thanks for your replies,

Vincent

Hi Vincent,
Looking at the code for this page I can see that Modalbox is attempting to pull in another page and display this in a modal style layer (div) item. The issue is that the code doesn’t make allowances for the dependancies for the child pages (the images, scripts, css styles etc) and these are left orphaned when displayed in the new parent page.
Try moving the included pages (the children) into the same folder as the parent. That way the paths to the resources should remain the same between the parent and child page.
Ideally the action should be able to manage (or limit) these issues for you.
Regards,
Tim.

Hi Tim,
Thanks a lot for your help. Not only you were fast but perfectly right. I moved my pages in the same folder and it solved most of the trouble. One little thing more was to not use the setup ‘center’ for the Gif text, as it wouldn’t be recognized, but this was easy to change.

Best regards and thanks again,
Vincent
