There are dozens of media players out there and its not my area of expertise.
Keep looking for something that will work cross browser and on mobile and we will try and help you integrate it into FW but there has been another discussion here http://www.freewaytalk.net/thread/view/158127 that might offer some help.
But please dont waste your time on a Flash solution - unless it is suitable for your target audience and you dont care about mobile.
