Having just done this for someone recently, no. You need to code it.
There are loads of Free code templates you can use out there just search for MySpace editors and copy paste the code.
This process will help you learn how CSS works.

My recommendation is find a MySpace page you like, find where it says what editor or whatever tool they used, and use that.
