Anyone got any ideas how the create something similar to the navigation menu at the bottom of this page?

My guess is Flash, since all I see is a blank black page with a TH logo in the top-left corner of that page. If you back up the URL to the bare URL, then their Flash detection kicks in and you can see that for a watch company, they really don’t know what year it is.
