[Pro] Need to Upload Huge QT Movie

I’m updating a client’s site with a QT video. The one she’s supplied me with is huge: 512mb, 1920x1080.

I have another video on her site that is much, much smaller and what I’ve done was have a pic of a frame link to the movie which I used Graphic Link to File Action and the movie just pops up in a new window.

I don’t have QT Pro (although I guess I can get it), so is there a way to make it manageable for folks to view?

Thanks.

Bob

QTPro is well worth the investment.

Don’t be put off by the fact that you’ll have to get an older version to do the upgrade on. (7 I think it was) Every thing works as described.

QT Pro is the Swiss Army Knife of multimedia. Only Photoshop can manage a larger range of input formats. Only stupid-expensive tools like Sorensen Squeeze or Apple Compressor can make a tinier or better-looking output file. Best $30 you will spend by a very long mile.

For me, the best app is Squeeze. Just about every format is there.
There’s a 30 day trial which would allow you to do all your videos.
