[Pro] not sure the "SUBJECT"

Hi All,

A few years back with my old site a girl once left a message in my guestbook stating that she typed in math and science games in google and my site came up- she loved it and left a nice comment.

I just typed that in google and did not see my site. Anyway even though my focus is not to have strangers visit or people from around the globe, what would I have to do to MY NEW FW site so that if someone did type in math and science games, mine would come up in their search engine?

When I read the FW manuals last year there was a lot about this topic but I kinda ignored for the reasons mentioned before.

So in short, I am asking what and where I must type something for search engines to find me a little better.

Thanks for explaining something I know many many people here focus on.

You will have to address the fact that a lot of your site is un-indexable graphic text before Google will like you much.

You really need to read some of the pieces on SEO to get you on your way.

Hey Dave,

How do you know I did not change the graphic text to HTML?

(Actually I did change a lot but not all). I did it more because the site seems to load much faster with the HTML not for this new reason.

Anyway- so all I have to do is change more to HTML? I thought I had to enter some words somewhere about the site…

No - that is not ALL you have to do but without that you are wasting time elsewhere!

Read the referenced articles - none of them are totally comprehensive but they will go a long way to getting you there.
