Just an answer out of memory - haven’t touched FW for years now:
Basically you’ve got a javascript error caused by a “failed to load resource”.
I assume (remembering this hardly), emptying the resource folder, then publish new could theoretically help.
When you upload you stuff via FTP, make sure having slide.js within the resources folder.
