[Pro] One form working - the other not

I have one form working on my contact page.

The other form on my email notices page is not. When you select submit, it goes to a 404 page error. I set them up exactly the same way. Can you only have one form per site?

Also, my form only works if I have page actions set to BOTH send form action and PHP Feedback form on. Is this correct?

I have spent so long on this I am ready to give up. This is for coders not graphic designers.

Update: the information is getting thru to my email from the newsletter page, but the success page is not coming up once I hit submit.

Also, I could type anything I want in the email section and it still goes thru. How can I prevent this field from being left blank or having a fake email typed in it?

No - use one or the other, NOT both!

You seem to have set the success page on the newsletter form to the full url of the success page rather than just choosing it from the page dropdown.

So since it is just a pull down menu with different pages to choose from, how do I just have it be the success page?

Also, I’m hosting with Godaddy and the form doesn’t send unless I use both the send form and PHP action. Thoughts?

I got it all to work! Yes, use only one action. The send form action is the one that worked. Also, even though I’m using GoDaddy, I unchecked the “Godaddy” box and it all worked fine. I did a test page with a form and kept at it for about 4 hours, many combinations and 100 tries. It is finally working now - yippee!!

The GoDaddy checkbox was added to deal with the peculiarities of GD’s php setup.

It appears that things have changed at GD and newer hosting accounts have a more vanilla set up.
