I need some help creating an online PV (energy) calculator, exactly like the one on this page…

Whilst the example is flash, if it was HTML or jquery based that would be fine. I need to integrate it into my Freeway Pro website so of a compatible format that I can easily place into my page.
I have no idea where to start with this so I guess i’m asking anyone out there interested to get in touch and give me an idea how much it will cost to develop.
