I had a feeling you were going to tell me that
Have a look at line15 of your code:
<meta name="viewport" content="width = device-width, height = 7990, initial-scale = 1.00, minimum-scale = 1.00, maximum-scale = 1.00">
See that there is a defined height in there?
Not what I should be seeing. This is a line from a page of mine with height set to none:
<meta name="viewport" content="width = device-width, minimum-scale = 0.25, maximum-scale = 1.60">
There are various Developer Tools that you can use in Safari - one of those allows you to inspect/alter page code when viewing a site/page on an attached iOS device.
If you do that and remove the height attribute from the code your page displays correctly - no big space at the bottom.
You need to relook at your page /mobile settings.
