I unchecked “Initial Scale” (which was set at 100%) and the pixel height dimension disappeared in line 15, the content displayed at the same (I assume) 100% on page load, and the page bottom problem disappeared! Woot!
Caleb Grove, if you happen to be following this post, I picked up the mobile settings I initially use from Backdraft 2.0, including the combination of “automatic” for page height and checking Initial Scale and setting it to 100%. There may be lots of good reasons for these settings, but this page length problem may be a downside to them that will be of interest to you.
