[Pro] page expanding for text

Is there an easy way to have page size expand to accommodate more text? and still have the contact bar across the bottom? I’m using Fwy7, CSS, and this is my first time in many years working on a website. I am copying my old one, www.lgpillsbury.com, and the pages are different lengths. My site is only 7 pages so I could adjust each manually.

Also, a weird thing happened trying to see my masterpage in browser. I have all the type for my side navigation set in 12px but when I went to browser view one of them looked much smaller than all the others. Any thoughts?

You can set the contact bar as fixed in window position, and then set its bottom to 0 and its left to 0 (and width to 100%) and you will have a fixed bottom bar regardless of the rest of your content size. This bar will need to be raised (Item / Bring to Front) in order to overlap any other content on the page, and you will need to insert a spacer object or adjust bottom padding on any element that you want to “clear” the bottom bar when the page scrolls to the bottom.

The other way to do this is a fully inline layout, where the footer and the content body are inline peers in another parent element. Then no matter how tall the content element becomes, it will just push the footer down to compensate. The difference between this layout and the previous is that the footer is only visible when you have scrolled down to it – it is not always in view. Depending on the type of content and your design goals, this may or may not be what you want.
