I have a site where the page keeps scrolling below the last item on the page. (http://2017test.freedomparkwi.org). I didn’t build it any different than any other site I have designed. For example, this site stops at the bottom of the page (http://www.villageofstockholm.com)
What could I have a done?

I didn’t see anything weird here either. However, I have the same problem on this site http://www.unitywoodstock.org/ http://www.unitywoodstock.org/

Weird, but I figured it out (and published it so you may not see the issue any longer). In the left Freeway plane, I switched from Site View to Page View and started clicking on each element listed, and watching in the main view to see what exactly I was selecting. In the footer I had a nestled item that was hidden. Once I deleted it, the page started acting correctly, and when I scrolled to the bottom of the page, it stopped as I had expected.
If you are having this same issue, give the above a try?!
