[Pro] Page Not Refreshing In Browser

I’m working on a site which I’ve uploaded to a folder on our site. I’m doing updates and then uploading the pages again.

My colleague, on a Mac using Safaro and Firefox, and the client, on a PC using IE (don’t know what version) say the page doesn’t refresh when they hit refresh. They have to empty the cache.

I use Firefox and I don’t have that problem. We’ve done this lots of time before and didn’t have this problem.

Is there anything specific that would cause this?

This sounds like a server cache issue but have they tried entering the web address with a ? tacked on - sometimes that can do it.
