[Pro] Page scale in different browsers

As a photographer and recent user of Freeway 5 Pro, a problem I keep encountering is controlling the scale of the pages I create in different browsers. In displaying my images, I’d like to contain the entire page within any prospective viewer’s window to prevent any scrolling. I am working from an Mac platform and use Safari as my preview browser, and I set all my pages at a height that should fit within smaller screens’ windows (700x750 px)…however, when viewing my site on other computers in different browsers (namely Firefox on a Dell, and IE on an HP), the pages are always scaled-up, appearing larger and requiring scrolling. Any advice on how to control this? Thanks,
Brad.

Generally speaking, Windows is set to display 96ppi by default. Mac is 72. That means anything created on a Mac will look larger on a PC.

The real problem is that type is rendered using a 96ppi model
whereas bitmap graphics use a different model. Screwy.
